The Substance Treatment Outpatient Programs (S.T.O.P.) offers a variety of programs and services to address the issues of substance abuse and addictive disorders. Services range from educational programs to inpatient detoxification. Specialized tracts are available for adolescents and dual diagnosis clients.

While providing psychiatric and substance abuse services in Wichita, Dr. Ralph Bharati recognized a need for quality, medically supervised, outpatient substance abuse programming. In response to this gap in the continuum of services, Dr. Bharati has initiated S.T.O.P. as a component of his practice. The core philosophy of the program is based on the disease concept of chemical dependency and offers a multi-disciplinary, medical model treatment approach towards addictive disorders.

Treatment Team

Treatment services are provided by a multi-disciplinary group of professionals. The team is led by a physician, and includes Certified Alcohol / Drug Abuse Counselors, Registered Nurses, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers.
