At Psychiatric and Addiction Services, Ralph Bharati M.D., P.A, we are a group of mental health and chemical dependency treatment providers who function as a comprehensive treatment team to deliver services in an outpatient setting. Our team includes psychiatrists, a psychologist, advanced registered nurse practitioners, therapists, registered nurses, substance abuse counselors and case managers who coordinate to provide a high quality of medical care to our clients.

Our treatment philosophy is the bio-psychosocial model for mental health treatment. This models views mental illness and substance abuse as diseases that affect our patients in a variety of ways; therefore, our treatment not only focuses on the biological aspects of intervention, but includes attention to the patients' social and psychological attributes.

Our services are tailored for each patient and the team model allows our patients to work with a provider that has an expertise in the area that meets the patient's unique needs. This treatment model provides a more innovative interventions and treatment, while maintaining the patient in an outpatient level of care. This outpatient setting reduces the patient's need for higher levels of care that are disruptive to the patient, his / her family, employment and community.
