Ralph Bharati, MD
Dr. Bharati is the President and Medical Director of Ralph Bharati MD, PA/Psychiatric and Addiction Services. He has over twenty years clinical practice in psychiatry. He is Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Certified through the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Examiners. A graduate of the University of Kansas-School of Medicine in Wichita for his residency, served as Medical Director or psychiatrist for many Substance Abuse Treatment Facilities, Hospitals, and Social Service organizations, such as Via-Christi, Veterans Administration, The Vet Center, Salvation Army, and Substance abuse Treatment Outpatient Program.

James E. Owens III, MD
Dr. Owens has been practicing psychiatry for the past fifteen years in a variety of settings including inpatient (hospital), outpatient and forensic psychiatry. He has completed a Fellowship of Forensic Psychiatry at the University of Florida, Residency training at the University of South Florida and University of Florida, obtained his Medical Degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, possesses a Masters Degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University, and completed his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois.

Kevin D. Warren, PsyD
Dr. Warren is a Clinical Psychologist who has over twenty-two years of experience in mental health, with the last twelve years as a psychologist. He has a Psychology Doctorate and Masters Degree from the California School of Professional Psychology in Fresno and Bachelors Degree from Indiana University. Dr. Warren is a member of the American Psychological Association and Kansas Psychological Association. He has specialized experience and training in psychological testing, anxiety disorders and trauma. His average focus is in individual, family and group therapies addressing many mental disorders.

Clifford W. Jones, ARNP
Mr. Jones has over thirty years experience in the nursing field culminating with his Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner degree, Master of Science in Nursing degree, and Clinical Nurse Specialist from Wichita State University. Mr. Jones also served in the United States Army Reserve as a Captain and awarded the Bronze Star for Operation Desert Storm. He also volunteers for the Sedgwick County Medical Reserve Core and Towanda Volunteer Fire Rescue.

Larry Nussbaum, LSCSW
Mr. Nussbaum has over thirty-six years of experience in the Social Work field with twenty-three of those years in the private practice. His additional experience comes as a college faculty member, social worker in a psychiatric hospital and case worker. He has his Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi and Bachelors from Goshen College in Indiana. Mr. Nussbaum also provides therapy service to active duty personnel and family at McConnell Air Force Base.

Jennifer Truman, LSCSW
Mrs. Truman has over twenty-five years of experience as a therapist; she received her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas-Lawrence. She has experience in Chemical Dependency, Marriage/Family therapy, and Individual therapy. Mrs. Truman has been affiliated in various community activities throughout Kansas, including recently heading up the Mental Health Response Team for the victims of the Greensburg Tornado in 2007.

Ernest Castro, EdS, LCMFT
Mr. Castro has over twenty-seven years of clinical practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist. He is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. He has extensive experience in individual and group therapy with children, adolescents and adults in both hospital and private settings. His clinical experience includes anxiety, mood, child and adolescent behavioral disorders, and marital counseling. He has served two successive years as president of the Sedgwick County Kansas Mental Health Association, Conference Leader on family issues on Kansas and Texas, and published articles in Christian magazines for family, children, adult and singles issues. Mr. Castro is available to provide therapy in English and Spanish.

Jeanine Long, LPC
Ms. Long has been providing counseling services for the past six years as a school counselor and has been a licensed professional counselor for the past two years. She has her Master of Guidance and Counseling and Bachelors degree from Fort Hays State University. Ms. Long is also a volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Wallace Harvey, CADC
Mr. Harvey has over five years of experience in addictions and has spent his entire career with the STOP Program. During this time, Mr. Harvey has successfully organized and now maintains the STOP program for our West Wichita office. He is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor.

Gary L. Johnson, CADC
Mr. Johnson has over thirty years of experience in the mental health and addiction fields. He is responsible for the administration of both the clinical and STOP programs. His experience includes service with Residential treatment facilities, Acute Care Inpatient, Social Services, Outpatient and Alcohol and Drug Counseling. Mr. Johnson has completed his Graduate Studies in Clinical Psychology Management, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology and an Associates degree in Criminology.
